About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer cum Project Manager with experience in electrical project execution and team management. The role involves planning and supervising electrical projects, coordinating with clients and project teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage electrical engineering projects from start to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per project requirements
- Review project scope, schedules, and change requests.
- Identify project risks and implement suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review electrical drawings, technical documents, and engineering calculations.
- Prepare project progress reports and technical documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recogniZed institution.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design, remote execution/supervision, and project management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any GCC country is mandatory.
- Technical Core: Single Line Diagrams (SLD), DB schedules, cable sizing & voltage drop calculations, power distribution, BIM workflows, load calculations, MV/LV design, and local regulatory codes
- Project & Remote Supervision: Virtual site monitoring, EOQ preparation, schedule management, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and change control.
